I want to take this opportunity to tell you about our Write To Ride contest. Write To Ride is a writing contest designed so that Mrs. Oasis and I can have a more hands-on interaction with our audience and to meet new people from different walks of life and to discover new writing talents. But most important, Write To Ride is designed so that we can sow the seeds of kindness and give to our favorite charities and causes.
Write To Ride is sponsored by Oasis' Novels LLC and hosted by myself and Mrs. Oasis. The company is proud to offer participants of various backgrounds and writing skills an opportunity to win a brand new 2012 Honda Accord LX, a prize valued at $22,000. There is no purchase required to enter Write To Ride. There is, however, a $14.95 reading and handling fee. A portion of this fee will be donated to St. Jude's Research Hospital for Children. Each Entrant will receive a donation certificate.
It is fun and easy to enter. All you have to do is visit www.oasisnovels.com and click the "Free Car" tab. Select one of our writing prompts, which ranges from a short essay to a simple letter addressed to Mrs. Oasis and myself, and create a writing expression inspired from your prompt choice.
Oasisnovels.com will collect entries until midnight November 14, 2012, and the winner will be announced on or about November 24, 2012. There will be a YouTube video of the winner being presented with the Honda Accord LX and their winning submission will be showcased on oasisnovels.com, Facebook, and various other forums.
And we are proud to share with you that entries will be judged by bestselling authors Brenda Hampton of the Naughty series and Tina Brooks-McKinney of the Drama series and the one and only Ms. Toni of OOSA Online Book Club. So if you are an aspirant writer and would like to showcase your talent, or if you are just some beautiful person with something special to say and need a platform to be heard, come and holler at us. We look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Oasis  & Mrs. Oasis
